Stephen lives with his mother in Zirobwe, Uganda. His mom is a single mom and struggles to provide for Stephen's school fees and basic needs as she is a peasant farmer. The lockdowns of the Covid-19 pandemic really hit farmers badly as inflation hit they were not able to get a good price for the crops they were selling. Stephen only has a few years of high school to finish. His favorite subject is computer studies. He enjoys playing soccer in his free time. Stephen hopes to continue onto university after secondary school in hopes of becoming a doctor.
