Barbra lives with her mother and father in Zirobwe who are peasant farmers, their source of income is seasonal because they depend on selling agricultural produce for survival. They have been hit extremely hard due to all the Covid-19 lockdowns. Barbra only has a few years of high school left and would benefit from a boarding school sponsorship, so she can stay on campus and focus on her studies rather than having to walk to and from school in the early morning and early evening hours, which is a big risk to teenage girls. Her favorite subject in school is History. In her free time she enjoys watching movies. She dreams of becoming a teacher when she finishes school.
